WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE
APPLICATION/Enrollment PROCESS:
- Application – Fill out and submit the application below. You may not hear back from us right away. Please watch your email as this is our most common and expedient way to reach you.
- Phone Screening – We will invite you via email to schedule a time to speak with us over the phone to discuss all that we offer. Like everything else in our process, it is 100% online and over the phone. Screenings will be conducted in English.
- Moving Forward- During your phone appointment, we will speak with you in dept about Create Online Profile – If you choose to move forward, you will be emailed a link and company information to complete your online profile. Once the profile is completed, check your email for login credentials.
- Select Client Opportunity: Upon logging in you will be prompted to sign a non-disclosure agreement. his will grant you access to client names, details, course durations and other important client details. If you would like assistance/recommendations on choosing the client course to enroll with, or need to discuss assistance options please call us.
- Course Certification Enrollment: After selecting Client, you will be asked to complete the required paperwork and pre-employment checks just as you would with any other employer. Because you are working remote, it may involve a bit of extra running around.
- A background check, which could include drug screening, and an Affidavit of Identification, will be prompted once you start the enrollment process. The background and drug screening must be successfully completed within three business days. If this is not done, the learner will not be able to gain access to client systems.

MINIMAL HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
• Personal computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software • Subscription to high-speed, hard-wired, bi-directional Internet connection • 2 Headsets: a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls. • Analog landline: Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) – traditional landline phone service using a dedicated copper pair to the home. *More detail is provided on the Client Support Professional Page |
