We are looking for more Clients Support Professionals

As a Client Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing professional customer support services to our external clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. It will be your job to determine the client requirements and ensure that they are delivered in a timely fashion using a combination of technical tools and resources. You will be an integral member of the operations team working with others in the department and you will be expected to quickly develop proficiency with all products and tools which will allow you to deliver effective client service for all clients as well as be able to communicate seamlessly with team members within the client services department.

PAY RATE & INCENTIVES:
• Excellent performance-based bonus opportunities with strong earning potential over and above your hourly wage
• Average earnings for Client Support Professionals is $10.00 per hour with top performing CPS earning an average of $17.00 per hour.
• Full training is provided through course certification, taught in an online classroom including mock calls which includes an "earn while you learn" session resulting in earning income while as well as a full support system so you have everything you need to be successful!
